Robin began his career working as an Accountant for a top 50 firm in Kent. Robin was in no doubt whatsoever that he was one of the worst accountants they had ever had the misfortune to encounter!  His recruitment career began with Hays Accountancy before joining a prominent and independent accountancy recruiter based in Kent. After spending a while managing their Brighton office, Robin was quickly made a Director of the firm in 2009 before establishing ReuMilla Walker in 2013.

Desks covered in a seventeen year recruitment career include: Practice (many years and set up from scratch several times), junior, mid-tier and executive perms, public sector and the temporary desk.

Robin is a very proud father to three beautiful children; Reuben, Millie and Olivia.

During my 7 years at Canterbury College, I gained a wealth of experience in managing people and developing their skills, which I have carried through to ReuMilla Walker. My course tutor role also involved writing curriculum’s, managing attendance and progress and identifying where individuals can excel and thrive. I have assisted many of my past students with obtaining work not only by teaching them the skills for the job, but by helping them with personal and professional development, through to interview skills and guiding them towards being the perfect employee.

My role as Legal Support Recruitment Consultant at ReuMilla Walker allows me to work closely with individuals and find the perfect role for them within the legal sector. Identifying their needs and the needs of the Firm’s in order to find our candidates the right role for their present and future and finding the perfect employees for the Clients business and recruitment needs.

Administration Co-ordinator

Kaylie is often both a candidate’s and client’s first point of contact at ReuMilla Walker and is passionate about delivering the highest level of care to all our candidates.  She is an integral member of the team here and provides ‘the administration glue that keeps the recruitment cogs humming’.

Core duties include: all reception/administration duties for the consultants, database management, C.V. sourcing, reference and qualification checking and anything else that is needed.

In her spare time Kaylie enjoys spending time on her smallholding and tendering to the needs of her livestock.
